You'll be waiting a long time... they didn't make enough 97 and 98 models to where you'll find another lowball offer like that. And the 00-01 still go in the high teens to low $20k's. Sorry bro, but if any of us knew somebody selling an ITR that low, we'd have already bought it or referred a friend to it. It's as simple as that.

If that's all you can afford/spend, maybe look into one with a Salvage title :dunno:

Actually, he might not be too far off. On autotrader.ca, I routinely see ITR's in the 18-30K CDN range. For example:

Year: 1998
Make: ACURA
Model: INTEGRA
Model Detail: TYPE R
Price: $22,300
Mileage: ------- km
Date: 12/20/02
Ad Type: Private

MINT CONDITION/LOW KM.
Comment: With A/C, Sony MD deck and 10 disc CD changer, Rockford amp. Bone stock, accident free, serviced & maintained with papers, never on a race track. A spare set of winter tires, no rust, low km. $22,300. (416)839-8993 (CDBMSD)
That is 22K CDN which is ~ 14K USD for a 98 ITR. In about 18 months, He should be able to find one for about 12K USD.

hahhaa... well yea, its possible to find ITRs for a good price, the fair market value is supposed to be around 11k-14k, but teg owners just hike up the prices.

You weren't reading too closely, I take it? He posted an ad for a Canadian ITR and about the prices for them. We're talking about the US market here. You also missed this:

And he's right, in a year and a half a '97 or '98 ITR could probably be had for the price you're looking for. Are you in a hurry?

well like i said, theres always the case where someone lets go of their ITR for an amazing price, if you check out www.itrca.com ... ITR owners forum, some of them have amazing stories of how they got their ITRs for VEERRRRYYY cheap....

but anyways, i'm not here to argue, i just want a cheap ITR, if you're not selling, and you dont know anyone thats selling for that price, please stop posting "You'll never get that price" messages... thanks!
