You can use either the 168 (stock wattage) or a higher wattage 194 bulb for the side marker bulb. Both will work just fine. Your signal bulb is the 1157.

They are going for about $300 to $400 on ebay for a 9006 kit. Manufac will vary. I have the Philips and recommend these. I've had them for 2.5 yrs now and still trip out when I switch them on.
Also dont buy anything higher thank a 5000K rating.

Why wouldn't you buy anything above a 5000K rating for HID's?

You could, but you would be losing light output above around 5000k. Those high temperatures produce certain light rays that cannot be seen by the human eye.

They might look yellow...compared to all the blue headlights you're used to. The light output is pure white, but the bulb has a very thin layer of purple around it, so if anything they might appear purple. My digital camera probably had digital lighting turned on so it emphasizes color, but the brightness is maintained. The bulb is also 4000k, so it shines with a much higher temperature compared to your standard halogen.

3 main differences. took me about 10mins to do with a solder iron and dremel. i did not replace the ring like it says...hopefully itll last me.

What is the difference between these sylvanias and the cheap hid looking ones on ebay for 15?
And they sell these at autozone?
