Default DC/DB owners (new and old) i have a question

EDIT - I've merged these two threads together as the first thread was part of my build process. Thanks!

The front bumper on my DC4 is pretty thrashed. Well its not that bad, but i'm a perfectionist in a way when it comes to certain things. An ugly front bumper is one of them.

-The corner points where the bumper mounts to the fenders is broken completely on the driver side

-The bumper was victim to what looks like a wings west type front lip, so there are tap screw holes in various places.

-Whoever installed the ITR lip used more tap screws, which have pulled out of their mounting points and made "slots" in the bumper.

-There are scratches from the lip on the bumper from going up driveways and whatever

- Paint has either flaked off or been scratched off by other cars/objects

- Grill was cut out, so there's nowhere to mount the SI-VTEC fog lights I picked up a while back.

I'd like to get it replaced but there's a few options which i'd like your guys' input on..

* JDM conversion - out of question - its just not worth the 3000-3500 in parts, paint, and labor.

* 98-01 conversion *

Front bumper 200 (upper quality aftermarket) / 300 (new from acuraautomotiveparts.org)
Headlights 375-400 (new only because new headlights make such a big impact on how bugeyed integras look)
Turn Signals 50
ITR front lip 200
Paint 300-400

Total - $1350

*94-97 SI-VTEC conversion*

Used 94-97 front bumper 100
SI-VTEC lip 200 (optional)
SI-VTEC Turn Signals (optional) 100
New Headlights 375-400 (optional)
Paint 300-400

Total - $400-$1100

What do u guys think?

A - 98-01 Conversion ($1350)
B - 94-97 (no options, keep ITR lip) ~ $400
C - 94-97 (SI-VTEC lip, no headlights) ~ $600
D - 94-97 (full options) ~ $1100
E - Dont do shit

I'm leaning towards B and C, because it leaves me options to upgrade in stages.

If you're going to do one or the other, and its just a question of $150, I'd go with the 98+ conversion... much more attractive.

But then, I personally, would just leave it be

Haven't the Type-R conversions gone down in price? I haven't really been much into Integra's for 4 years but I've seen more Type-R conversions since then.

the problem with the 98 conversion, is that i HAVE to buy headlights. sure, i could leave the lip out, but 98 fronts look like ass without a front lip.

If I were you I would keep an eye out for a used 98-01 conversion on CL. Shit like that has gotta pop up easily in your area. Whether it's hot or not is another story h:

94-97> 98-01 IMO.

I say:
1) Keep the existing lip spoiler.
2) Find a new 94-97 bumper cover for $200 or so.
3) Spend enough to get it painted by someone who can match the rest of the car without having to blend into the fenders and hood.
4) Swap bumper covers, install foglights.

Minimum investment and it covers all the bases.
