Default Forgot I Have A Quick ? on E BRAKE

I forgot to ask this so when I order brakes for rear. After I order rotors/pads & get having them installed are there anything xtra I need to order for e brake.
Reason why is when I park in neutral or in gear & set e brake I have to pull handle almost all the way up. Now can it just be adjusted when brakes are installed or other parts needed. I know as far as how much I need to pull e brake up I shouldn't.
When I park my EF Civic although no rear disk I only have to set e brake like 3 or 4 clicks.
Thanks For Any Feedback
I really forgot to mention from last post,
Again,
THANKS!

If your having your brakes professionally installed and serviced, they should adjust the e-brake handle to be appropriate to the OEM specs.

Just a tip, advise them to adjust it. Some places skip over this. They set the brake, but not the cable tension.

Good Looking Out Lynxs1981. Yes I'm having done professionallybut, not this time. Just front. I'll definately have them adjust to oem specs. I've always thought it was some xtra parts for the e brake.
