Default 17's to 15's

What do I need to get keep an even ride hight on my gsr? I know my car needs to be lowered with 17's. In the winter I am gonna use my stock 15's with snow tires. Can you let me know what type of setup I need to buy and also how I would adjust it and how easy it is to adjust. Thanks.

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

The stock 195/55-15 tires are about the same height as 205/40-17s.

Those are some skinny ass tires, and Integras with no body kit on em with 17" look stupid if ya ask me.

I'd go with some 16" wheels and 215/45-16 Falken Azenis.

215? Are you sure? The falkens are already wider than most comparable tires...

Choose your wheel offset wisely..

if you're going with winter on the 15's.. and whatever on the 16's... the world is your oyster..

if you don't mind how fast tread wears.. falken azenis have excellent traction and a good price...

They also stick like nothing else short of a BFG g-Force KD (which costs twice as much) or an R-compound.

I've seen the 215/45-16 Azenis on some assorted cars, there weren't any problems.

Perhaps a larger issue you may be considering is that they have a narrow range of operating temps and get greasy real quick. Great for autocross (even so, people cool them down between runs) but you have to be somewhat extra careful during a HPDE.

Why do you think 17's with no body kits look stupid, I would think it would be the other way around

The wheels would be way too large for a stock-bodied integra. Wheels that are too small would also make the car look odd, but even with a huge bodykit, the stock 15 inchers don't make the car look ALL that bad.
