You're probabaly gonna be mad that you're reading this but I felt like posting it Today I had my clutch master and slave cylinders replaced @ $375 CAD :O The downside to hydraulic clutches on higher milage cars.

my has 79000km and it's leaking but i get it done for free warranty

You're a lucky dude then, my $375 could have gone to something much more productive like springs, or a header.

i just replaced mine with brand new parts that have never been reused or anything like that. they came straight from the factory and i bought both of them and a bottle of brake fluid for about 85 or 90 dollars and did the replace my self for free and got the same thing you got for alot cheaper.

GEEEEEZE, 375 DOLLARS!?!?!? Good LAWD!! THAT"S A LOTTA MONAY!!! Especially for that job... did mine a while back for $100 like poomansouth...

Right now it's sitting at below zero temperatures so I really wasn't interested in doing it myself since I have no access to a heated well lit garage, if it was the summer I would reconsider becasue I do like to do any work I can myself. The break down is $120 - master cylinder $89 - slave cylinder $9 brake fluid $109 1h40min install @ 65 $/h. And do remember this is in Canadian funds.

well if he doesn't feel confrtable doing it than why not let the specialist do it right? Anyway i will get my replaced next week(warranty) and with that i will also get a new clutch for $80cnd how can you go wrong
