ls vtec on an automatic?
Does anybody know anything about an ls vtec on an auto. any info would be helpfull please.

I'm wondering about transmission issues. They don't make any auto DOHC VTECs do they?

yes preludes do and they have more hp than type r

but in japan i am pretty sure that the Vti (gsr) has an auto option the same as the bseries auto in america

That would be sweet, but I'd rather just go through the effort and do the auto-manual swap.

yes i agree but i am pretty sure that an ls auto would work. There has to be someone out their that has it done. I also own a 94 si hatch and i like shifting but the ls is used for cruising. Just wish it had vtec

hmmm... the JDM auto GSR uses the same tranny code as the USDM LS
