Default Complicated wiper question?!

Hey guys, been a while since I posted here, but I got kind of a silly question. The wiper assembly on my 1995 LS has begun to fade, chip, and peel revealing what is I assume the shiny steel or aluminum below. I got some flat black weather resistant paint, now my question is: how do I remove the entire wiper assembly from the motor up? I need to do this for both the front windshield wipers and the hatch wiper. If this doesnt make sense, I can try and provide some pictures of what I'm talking about. To sum up: how do I remove the entire wiper arm, not just the blade holder?

Thanks,
Platoon918

Thats great, I was just worried that I would mess something up if I tried to unbolt that. So it should be the same for the back too, if I just remove the rubber cap? Thanks so much bro.

i would cover the exposed area of the car with newspaper and paint it on there..its easier for me.

jiggle it a little or a lot, put a little muscle into it. I wouldn't recommend painting it while on the car.

it just takes some tugging. you want them to be snug on there or they would slip.
