Default Seized caliper pin! Is there anything I can do?

Besides replace the caliper bracket? I tried turning the pin using a locking pliers but it ain't movin. I also tried pounding on it with a hammer to make it go in or brake it loose. No luck. Any help? Thnx.

happened to my rear caliper once. so i drenched it with PB Blaster and let it sit over night. then i locked some vise grips on the pin so the whole thing looked like ^. then i set it on a piece of wood and started pounding on the highest point with a 12 pound sledge hammer. after about 10 hits it started moving. then it just took alot of twisting to get it out. after i got it out, i used a dremel with a wire brush cut down in diameter and more PB Blaster to remove all the rust from the inside of the guide pin sleeve. put a very generous coating of grease, then put it all back together.

see if any of your friends have one. if they dont, they aren't very expensive.

Welp, I soaked it in PB overnight but it still didn't come loose in the morning. So I went to the parts store to see if they had caliper brackets in stock and the guy there was able to get it out using an electric impact wrench (after like 20 minutes). Thanks for your help though.

Same thing happend to me- had to have the rear caliper rebuilt, not to mention had to re-true the rotor and replace the pads. I feel good that's I'm not the only one to have this problem though...
