Default anybody with 3rd gen with CF hood

Did you take the rubber seal off the front of the stock hood and put it on the CF hood? is that even possible?

what brand hood do you have?
reno: no, I didn't get pics of my mechanical damage.
I'm getting my car back Thursday, and I'll have it at my house for a while before I get the body work done, I'll try and take pics of the dented roof.
