i drive a 93 ls integra and my brake lights quit! i have done absolutly everything i can to track down the problem and nothing has came up except for the ciggerate lighter/interior light fuse continues to blow over and over and over again! my question is does someone have a wirng diagram they could post and if not, could anyone please tell me if that is the brake light fuse as well (for 100% sure)!? ~THANK YOU!~

 

Something is grounding out. Get yourself a helms for the wiring diagrams, or google Honda hookup manuals for a helms in pdf.

Wiring issues are very frusterating, if your not mechanicly inclined, I suggest having a shop figure it out.

 

Go buy a light tester. It looks like an electric ice pick (it has a wire coming out of the handle). Use it to test the brake light switch. Its located on the upper part of the brake pedal. Give me some more info. Did it happen "out of the blue"? Did u take a power washer to ur dash board? R u an illegal alien? Does ur name rhyme with orange?

 

Yep it was outta the blue! I have tested everything and still getting nothin! Its a major bummer.
The ground is a given i just wonder if thats the same fuse as the brake lights! someone has to kno!

sorry buddy, when its an out of the blue-tailights stop working problem, theres not much i can do over the internet without the car in front of me.

if its a common problem with an easy solution, i'd like to know it too.
