i have absolutely no clue what to do. i replaced the rear calipers and it seemed like it got worse. i checked the free travel on the pedal and adjusted it. this has been the most expensive brake job i have ever done in my life.

Try going back to the stock brake hoses and see how everything is after that.

just an update guys, im pretty sure ive got it figured out. today the abs unit started screaming loud as hell and then craped out. abs light came on, so im guessin that one thing has everything to do with the other. a mechanic i work with told me that they can leak internally. what do you guys think?

Ya they'll leak. There's another thread where they are talking about removing it and replacing it with a proportioning valve. That's what I want to do. It sounds like it works but I want to know for sure.
