actually a lot of places have it where i live... my friend used it for his front lights to get rid of the ugly orange on his accord. its a lens spray... they have it in a variety of colors but they stopped selling the smoke... ill find the exact name... his headlights gets compliments from a lot of ppl...
if they were half filled with some sort of red nonconductive liquid.
