I know people have it rigged to spray on cars who tailgate...so how would I go about rigging that up??

I'll tell you. It's easy as sh!t, I did it.

The nossle itself has a little metal thing inside it that actually sprays the stuff.
That's on a bearing, so you can just stick a pen in there and point it up or down or left or right.

Point it straight up as far as you can or something and try it out.
Mine shoots about 6 feet behind the car.

I was on I-5 one time and a guy tailgated me, I sprayed him and he passed me laughing and giving me a thumbs up.

Yeah, but he gave me a thumbs up. It was totally rad.

In any case, that's how you do it. No "rigging" or anything. You just use a ball-point pen to move that little nossle up/down/left/right inside the actual piece of plastic and that's it.

Now, I don't have one at all though. Took it off and used a small black plug, so it looks cleaner.
No more shark fin on my car!

My friend used his front tubes that hooked up to his sprayers, and he put them right above his back tires. He sprays the water and it sokes the tires, then he just smokes the sh1t out of them

 

put in bleach instead of water!
