hey everyone

this is my first post in the forum.. I put down a downpayment on a 94 GSR that I;m getting onsaturday.. and basically have some questions and i;m sure its stuff you have heard before, so dont flame me pleaseeee.. i;'ll learn.. do I need to run 94 octane in the car. Also. the car has an intake, and i want to put headers and exhaust .. what exhaust.. gives a nice sound and power.. heard a lot of good things from thermal.. thanks boys and girls

 

for gas, no you do not need to run 94 octane everyday. if you can find it for cheap, go for it! :thumbup: around here the highest we got is 92.

93 or better, dont go lower.
Yes the car will run, but it will perform more poorly and adjust itself to the lower octane fuel.

Says right on the damn gauge, "premium only"

ok, have you guys read your manuals??!!!! they put those things in there for a reason. it says 91 octane or better. if all you have up there is 87, 89, and 94, run 94.
