the 90K major tune up? i need to get it done soon and just want to know what all they replace and how much it cost you guys? i've heard timing belt and water pump but it can't be just those two....thanks for the help

Here's what my '92 Helms says (keep in mind that the '90-'93 Integras have a cable clutch so this won't say anything about your clutch hydraulic system):

60k mile service
Replace air cleaner element
Inspect idle speed
Inspect positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve
Inspect valve clearance
Replace fuel filter
Inspect fuel pipes, hoses and connections
Replace spark plugs (only if running platinum plugs)
Inspect distributor ignition cap and rotor
Inspect ignition wires
Replace engine oil
Replace engine oil filter
Inspect alternator drive belt
Inspect cooling system hoses and connections
Inspect exhaust system components
Replace manual transmission oil
Inspect clutch release arm travel
Inspect brake pad thickness
Inspect brake discs
Inspect brake calipers
Inspect brake hoses and lines
Inspect parking brake
Replace brake fluid (including anti-lock brake system)
Inspect anti-lock brake system operation
Replace anti-lock brake system high pressure hose
Inspect front wheel alignment
Inspect steering operation, tie rod ends, steering gearbox and boots
Inspect power steering pump
Inspect power steering hoses and lines
Inspect power steering pump belt
Inspect suspension mounting bolts
