It depends on a lot of factors, but things start looking bleak in the 300-400 degree area. Temperature extremes on the tread surface, or just below the surface (easy to monitor), usually will result in tread blistering rather than tire failure. Internal heat buildup (not so easy to monitor) is where you end up with a loss of integrity.
