Need Help 91 Integra problem

DId the clutch on my 91 integra and everything is back together but the Passenger side rotor hub assembly isnt lining up so i cant bolt the lower ball joint to the control arm any ideas or solutions email if possible

Is the axle in the transmission all the way? What is causing it to bind up?
