Default Help!! Clutch problem?

Hey guys, I have a problem with my clutch or master cylinder that I was hoping someone might know what's up.
Today I went to start my car and with my foot on the clutch to the floor my car "jumped" a bit. The clutch is not disengaging all the way. I can sit there with the brake on and the car still runs (although, after a minute smoke pours out from under the hood (clutch))so its not all the way engaged either. It seems smooth and quiet under the hood, so I think (or at least I hope) it's not the clutch. I did check to see if the fork is moving and it is. My fluid is also topped up. Any ideas? Thanks
By the way, the car is a '95 GSR with nothing done under the hood yet. Thanks
