Suspension question?
Well, i'm in the process of ordering a few suspension bits for my Integra... but I have some questions about bushings. I plan on ordering the Energy Suspension HyperFlex Bushing set...
... the question is, what other bushings or suspension components (other than the struts / springs / strut mounts) might be needing to be replaced on a 14 year old Integra with approx. 150,000 miles?

the rear trailing arm bushing (the big one) is not there and is probably the most suspect out of them all. I got the same kit and if I remeber correctly the the bushings for the sway bar and end links were either not there or didn't fit my car. Energy suspension makes custom sized sway bar bushings and you can order them through summit, that is probably the cheapest place to get the trailing arm and the kit as well. I ended up making my own endlink bushings out of a 3/4" round piece of polyurathane I ordered from mcmaster-carr.

With what they listed, that may be a very cost effective alternative to rubber OEM bushings if you just want to freshen up the bushings. However, I would opt for OEM rubber for the rest especially the RTA bushing.
I would also replace the lower balljoints and tie rods. You may also want to inspect the balljoint on the upper control arm and replace the arm if necessary.

I know the older (not sure what years) civic/integra trailing arm bushings were somewhat defective and the would start to come apart prematuely. that bushing was redesigned at somepoint and if you by the honda bushing it should be more robust than the orginal.
There is a debate about whether or not using a poly bushing for the RTA is a good idea. I personally think it is fine, but you certainly can't go wrong with OEM.

I'll be lowering the car in May, i'm just buying all the parts that I would conceivably need
in order to get the suspension into A1 condition. My lower ball joints we're replaced lasy year,
they should still be good, as for the rest of the bushings you guys suggested, i'll look into
getting them. And i'll inspect my LCA's also. Thanks

As prov mentioned, at the very least, dont get the rear trailing arm bushing from ES.
i forgot the exact exact exact reason why its bad to do so, but it has something to do with undesirable toe changes (or lack thereof) under suspension jounce and/or moderate lowering (over 1.75" or so) of the rear.
