Default DIY for HID conversion kit for '98 teg

Hey I am a first time user and I searched previous forums for any DIY's on installing HID conversion kits. I got some results on how to make your own retrofit casings and how to install the bulbs but this is not what i'm looking for. I have the ballasts, bulbs, and the appropriate HID optically formed casings but it doesn't look like i can take out my old casings and put in the new ones without removing the entire front bumper assembly. Any thoughts? feedback...

That's just the way it is.

In order to modify the stock headlamps and retrofit the HID lens assembly, removing the front bumper is mandatory. It is not a difficult task, it's just time consuming.

Thanks, Got the job done in like 3 hours. I got the HID's with Halo LED outlines (pics to come). You are right it wasn't that hard, just time consuming. Accidentally, I disconnected the horn when trying to ground the Halo wires near the corners. Oh well i guess i'll take care of that later...
