Default moisture build up

i just recently cleaned the outside of my head lights , i was thinking about buying a new set but figure il try cleaning them first.they were crystal clear after the wipe down, the next day there was moisture build up on the inside of the lenses? im tryin to figure out how i can clean the lense inside out and then seal it so no more moisture can get inside the head lights. i have no clue on how to accomplish this task at hand. can anyone drop some knowledge!!

Throw them in the oven, the glue will melt, take cover off. I would get that buffer ball or whatever its called and detail the inside of them. They will look brand new. Then seal the edges with silicone real nice.
Search in the DIY section, there's detailed instructions on how to do it there.

Same with my 96 civic - every wash, or when it rains there's moisture in the..... passanger side to US but driver side in Oz. Might as well give them a black coating like in the DIY section to make them look so JDM ish!!

cheers
