95 Acura Integra LS making LOUD Squeaking Sound over speed bumps!! HELP!!!
Hey guys. A couple of months ago a very LOUD squeaking sound starting coming from my front drivers side wheel. It is especially loud when you go over speed bumps. It also makes the loud sound when i make a sharp right turn at 25-30 mph. It sounds like a very loud bed squeak. One mechanic said that it is my hub bearing that is the problem. But another one just said that it was the cold wheather that is making it squeak. That didnt seem right to me... cause the loud squeaking is only coming from the front left side. Anyway. Does anyone have any incite on this matter? Should i just be getting my hub bearing replaced? Let me know what you think guys- Thanks!
Nope , No aftermarket parts.... suspension... nothing. I should have specified that it also makes a grinding sound alittle when I make that turn. So i guess that makes it hub bearing... but would that also make the loud squeaking sound when I go over spead bumps?
Could you explain to me what LCA brushings are? And also, what is the severity of my situation involving this part. Am I at risk of my having my wheel fall off while I am driving?? Or is this a simple non vital fix?
