ONe more question .........Are the body frames of the 94-00 LSs identical to the body frames of the 94-00 GSRs ? I was told that the GSRs bodies were slightly wider and longer.......does anyone know for sure ?

 

They're the same.

 

I was reading something that said the ITR was 2" bigger, but I don't think that's true.

 

The external dimensions are all the same. Sunroof cars have a tad less stiffness because there's a hole in the roof. The ITR is stifffened up with more bracing and spot welds. There's a bunch of weight removed in the form of sound deadening, etc to compensate for the extra metal.
