Default Throttle Body Question......

I hate to bring up the 'N' word again, but, I remember on a NISSAN (what were you thinking?), if you changed out the throttle body from one model vehicle to another (i.e. 300ZX TB on a 240SX) you would get a substantial power increase with no other modifications.
Is there a throttle body change for the B18A that would make this kind of increase for the Teg? Legend TB possibly? Has anyone tried?
P.S. If this sounds like a totally ignorant question, forgive me. I am still new to the Honda world....
Thanks!

go out and search on the internet for TB diameters and measure the opening diameter on your intake manifold.

Integra Type-R TBs fit nicely onto the LS intake manifold of the 94+ tegs, i'm not to sure about the g2 tegs tho.

search and you'll find...good luck.

Unless you've seriously increased the airflow needs of the motor, the throttle body isn't really a restriction. If you get a larger throttle basically all you're doing is "amplifying" the movement of the gas pedal. For the same given pedal angle more air is let into the engine. At the same time, you'll probably get to the point where the motor can't flow any more air before the throttle is all the way open.
