gottA agree with a ACT got the xtreem pp and street disc about 2 years ago and it still grabs like the day it got put in and its on a 91 ls. go with the ACT and if you can while you are in there get a lightened flywheel.

ACT HDSS......Xtreme is too much for your application.

i would recommend Exedy if you want the stock feel to your pedal. My friend has it in his 98 lude.

Exedy Organic is made from the ground up brand new. I don't know if its true but heard that most aftermarket clutches, like ACT or Clutchmasters are rebuilt clutches, w/ their own pressure plates. However i could be wrong, but thats what i heard.

I've heard problems with people grenading exedy clutches a lot.

Considering that Exedy makes our OEM clutches, I'll mark that down as user error.

Nope. Ive also heard of Exedy's going south when you put any kind of decent power to it. They are not durable clutches, and honestly they sell so well because theyre dirt cheap.

You get what you pay for!
