Default Best Place Online to buy Sylvania SilverStar bulbs

I want brighter lights for running through hilly, twisty and forested local roads. Where is the best place online to get the 9005 and 9006 Sylvania Silverstar high performance halogens cheaply.

Or more specifically, retrofit a set of S2000 HID projectors, along with the ballast and bulbs into your OEM projectors.

Silverstars are known for being overpriced and in many cases, premature bulb failure.

I would recommend either:
A) go whole-hog with a proper HID setup or
B) buy conventional halogens and a decent pair of driving lights.

with the integra projectors you can do the HID on cheap and it will still keep the low beam to the correct area, you just won't have the real clean cut-off lines like you would with a retro-fit. I know there are a few guys on here who have done that. I've also heard that the life of the silverstars have gotten a lot better. I was thinking about getting a pair for the civic. If you do get them I wouldn't bother with the high beams, my high beams with a decent halogen are pretty damn bright.

Do you guys know of any good functional driving lights?

What do you mean by "real clean cut-off lines"?
