Default anti lock brake pressure issues

1991 Acura Integra GS. Almost every time I start my car and am in low gear, the anti lock brake system creates a vaccum to create the correct pressure in the system. This should not happen every time I start up, just once in a while. Do I need to replace a hose, motor, sensor...??? Maybe slam on the brakes at speed to activate the system to reset the pressure?

i dont remember off the top of my head if the 91 gs abs systems had a fillable fluid reservoir for the abs module. if it does, give it some fluid.

if not, try doing a brake fluid flush of the whole system. do it with the car running, so there is vacuum assist thru the booster. it'll help move the fluid through the system easier.
