Default Clutch and Flywheel Reccomendations

I just purchased a 1990 Integra RS for $2000. The body is mint... 107k original miles and the entire car is totaly bone stock and very well maintained...... except for the clutch. I was wondering if anyone has had any experence with Ebay clutches and flywheels before. Do they hold up? Are they good for the money? Theres so much crap on there its hard to tell the good from the bad. Oh and here is a link to a pic of the ride sitting at the "dealer".

Exedy or OEM replacement.

I wouldn't trust a no-name ebay clutch.

Check this one out. That is what I would use if I were in your situation.

I have this set-up on my 99 GSR. No complaints. Good OEM replacement and the flywheel is easy to drive on. Not like most will say about stalling and what not. Honestly, I never felt a difference in the driveability. I felt the change in performance when I gave it some gas for the 1st time. but other than that it drives great.

Yup I had seen that combo on there. Is there any difference between the flywheels with milled teath or press in/bolt on? The only reason i ask is that there is another combo here with an F1 flywheel which has milled teeth.

Fidanza flywheel and Exedy clutch works pretty good. I have this setup in my boosted Integra GSR. You get good contact and it's pretty easy on the leg as a DD. Although, it does chatter a bit in a boosted integra. Just a little getting use to, but acceleration gains are pretty noticeable.

Why go so cheap on a vital engine part?

I have an ACT clutch and had it for ~80k miles.
I'm boosted now too and it has never slipped.
I have the ACT heavy duty pressure plate and organic street disc.
Of course I paid ~$520 for it 6 years ago but never once did I have a problem.

It is an OEM replacement. It shouldn't chatter at all.

ACT is way overkill on a bone stock motor. Even I wouldn't pay the rediculous amounts again for an average clutch. I'm going with a CC Stage 4 for my build...much cheaper for a better product, IMO.

All the OP needs is an OEM replacement clutch.
