Default 92 headers on my 2000 ls head?

i put a 2000 ls head on my 92 integra and now i have a air leak where my down pipe and my catylac converter connect i tighten the bolts and it doesnt connect all the way. where i tighted it doesnt push the pipe all the way together but bends the whole thing so it looks like a C shape. what do you guys recomend that i do? change my headers and down pipe to a 2000 or just go the shop and have them extend the pipe and welded to have it perfect?

Not surprised one bit.

I assume by "C-shape" you mean that the flange on the catalytic converter or header has bent. In that case, have a muffler shop fabricate an extension pipe between the downpipe on the manifold and the catalytic converter.

If the collector pipes on the exhaust header have bent, replace the '92 header and purchase one for a 97-01 DC4 Integra.
