3rd gear grinds

i have a stage 3 clutch in my 92 ls and my 3rd gear always grinds when i shift normal but when i shift slow it doesnt, is my clutch bad or is the tranny bad?

Got same problem with a stock clutch. If I drive normally, with a good progression in my shift pattern all is fine. If I need to get into traffic, and I need to 'speed shift', it grinds.
