Default Looking for ELD sensor

I'm looking for an ELD sensor for a 98 Type R and would really like to avoid the dealerships for this, does anyone have a good source for this item? I called my local salvage yard and they don't even have Integras.

I believe the ELD is integrated into the ECU, so if you are showing a code for a bad ELD, the ECU has to be replaced.

Actually it's probably more a part of the fuse box under the hood as my mechanic said the only way to get a replacement sensor from Honda was to order the fusebox, I'm just seeing if I can save some money and get the sensor(well it's more a voltage regulator) separately.

A common reason why an ELD CEL is thrown is due to a bad connection between the engine bay fuse box and the battery. This could be due to deteriorated cables, terminals, or battery posts. Seldom does the ELD sensor go bad, and if it does, there's probably a reason behind it.

If you end up buying that part from the dealership, remember they usually don't accept returns on electrical parts.
