Anyone know if a VSS for a 94 Accord EX would work in a 97' Integra?

I seriously doubt it, I believe the VSS is proprietary to gear ratios.

well chances are you are replacing the upper electrical half of it which easily comes apart from the gear half. That part seems to be pretty standard across accords, civics and integras. just make sure you don't loose the little metal pin that links them together. my civic has an accord vss in it and for a while I used the one from my integra in it.
