fail MIL/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

i went to smog my car and i pass everything except for MIL/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, my carr is a 2000 integra gsr, the tech. said dat the battery disconnect before and reset everything so some of my monitor didn't read 4 parts, wat u guys think?

Uhhh i didn't understand anything you said. English please.

Are you asking why your battery is disconnecting on it's own or why you have a CEL? MIL is totally different than a CEL.
