Default 90 Integra Cooling problem

I have a 1990 Integra RS. The radiator cooling fan will not come on without turning on the a/c. The Radiator cooling fan timer is 2 years old and I just replaced the coolant temperature sensor. The old sensor was reading 195 ohms across the terminals and I was getting a cel pointing to the sensor. It still will not come on without the a/c. What else shall I look at or could the timer be bad again? I have been reading about the radiator fan switch in other threads but I'll be damned if I can locate it. Any suggestions?
Thanx

Is your car currently overheating? What if you let your car sit and idle for a while in the hot sun, will the fan kick on then? If the fan runs with the a/c like you say, are you sure you hooked up the temperature sensor correctly?

THe car will still overheat if the a/c isn't on. The fan control module is working properly but the fan will not come on while the car is running unless you turn on the a/c. It would be viryually impossible to hook up the sensor wrong. It has 2 wires and the connector only fits 1 way
