Ok so i bought my car may of 2005 and the sunroof was working fine. About four months later it wouldn't open. I didn't think much of it, just thought that the motor was dead. Well after taking out my AC last month i thought i would need all the wind i can get in my car. I pushed the sunroof button and pushed up really hard on the sunroof and got it to open. It shakes when going back. I cleaned the tracks and put alittle oil on it and it worked fine for about a week. Last night when i went out to red robin i tried to close it and it didn't shut all the way on the passenger side. When i looked under the glass while it was open i saw this completely unhooked.

I think i'm going to need to remove the glass and maybe the sunroof to hook it back up. If anyone knows a DIY link or has any input i would appreciate it.

 

Ok... umm My questions are does anyone know where the thing in the pic goes? How do i remove the glass and or the sunroof? Would appreciate some advise.
