It'd be better if it were correct.
The final developed version of the B-Series was the B20B/B20Z. The PR3 in the ITR was ported via computer driven robots, and featured the same head casting as the B16 [hence the reason it sported many of the same attributes]
Also there is little warning of wrist-pin problems with LS/VTECs
