I just bought a used 99 LS.

i dont think they come with one. My 2001 Ls and my 2000 Type R doesnt come with one either.

Keyless entry came with my 98 itr, it was a factory option. Same thing with my s2k.

weird my 2000 itr didnt come with one. Maybe it was an option that you had to ask for.

It was an optional system offered, now the modern cars usually come with them.

there is a seperate box for it under the dash on the drivers side. look for a 3"-3" box with a big green plug going into it.
