well for starters congrats on the purchase and welcome to han. you'll learn very fast that honda could mess up a wet dream with some of the designs they've implemented, but either way i love my teg and the vw has the same tendencies to mess up a wet dream by complicating the simplest task(for example the headlight replacement in a bug). as for a header i would go for exhaust before header unless you're trying to keep the stock muffler sound it's your ride so what are you looking for out of the teg?

For a discrete, effective and reasonably cheap solution, I would look at the JDM Integra Type R 4-into-1 exhaust header.

As far as a muffler is concerned, the USDM ITR cat-back works well.
So does the Apexi World Sport II.
If snow (and therefore rust) is an issue, the RSR ExMag series is made from stainless steel for additional corrosion resistance.

This is covered in the Integra FAQ as well, so I'd suggest you read through it as well.

Welcome to the board.
