Default Help, Integra '88 Horn not working

I just got my first car and the horn is not working. I also purchsed Haynes book but did not find the area for the horn diagnosis.
If you know where I can find this information please give me a note.

You have to pop the cover off of the steering wheel and expose the horn relay. Start there and see if there is anything disconnected. Check your fuse box and then the horn itself which is under the front rt. side of the bumper or lt. side, I can't quite remember. It has been a while since I sold my 89.
