i always use armor-all... its pretty good stuff, just make sure you use the cleaner, then the pollish or else it complicates things...

also try not to scrub too hard cuz then the dirt gets ground into the "leather" lookin grain....

Go to a local Autozone. Buy anything that cleans dashboards. Just don't get that $hit on the clock like I did. Then you have a film over your clock and you can't read what time it is or get the crap off.

i would suggest cleaning all the crap off then if you want you can condition it or if it is a vinyl style dash paint it with black vinyl colour to restore it. That is what i did to my 1992 integra. I took apart the whole front dash and then painted it will black vinyl colour to restore it to its natural colour.

Armor-All puts a shine on it, but the stuff is really ****. Over time it will fade your dash because of the petroleum distillates in it. First I would clean it good and then use a dye that's made for vinyl. Meguiar's #40 is good stuff to protect it once you have it looking good. You should be able to get it at Pep Boys or some place like that.

i had a really dirty part on my dash, where the airbag cover was. it wouldnt come off no matter what i used....

long story short, someone had some of Griots stuff, and it came off with some soaking and scrubbing.
