Belt whining

Hey guys quick question one of my belts is whining and its driving me crazy. I know its not timming belt Replaced November only 2,500 miles on it. So either its the A/C belt or the other one Well i checked them and they still look brand new. So what is causing it to wine? thanks

If your belts are fine/brand new then it's probably the tensioner pulley the belts go around. Might be faulty, but not sure. That's what I would guess it to be.

try taking some brake cleaner and clean the pully, or adjust the tension

I think I am having the same noise. When i am at a complete stop and begin to release the clutch in 1st gear, there is small high pitched squeel or whine. It does sound like a belt and i have been trying to figure out how to fix it.
