I am currently running an Greddy Turbo kit on my Integra B18c1 with the fmu blue box. Planning to upgrade to an Emanage.....Does anyone know if the Emanage uses the same harness as the blue box. I think it should, but not sure?

 

It uses a completely different harness.

I have had experience with the emanage and to be honest, it is a waste of money. A chipped ECU is much better in every regard.

 

agreed 100 percent, plus u will make more power with an actual EMS then a glorified VAFC.. PERIOD

 

Do you guys recommend a Hondata for my setup? All internals are stock. The Greddy blue box actually does what it is suppose, and it's been running fine with my OBDII. It's actually good up to 8 psi with a bc, but I really wanted to go a step up... Again, I don't want to throw 1-2g for an EMS.......what is something reasonable...

 

look into the alternate tuning platforms such as Uberdata, Crome, or Neptune.

BUT, call up the ECU Tuners local to you, and see what they're most comfortable with.

 

I am planning to go with Crome. Besides getting an OBDII to OBDI conversion harness, what OBDI ecu will I have to get....not sure what model ecu? BTW....My car is a 97 Integra GSR.

 

If you have the stock GSR intake manifold, you will need an OBD1 P72 GSR ecu.

 

an obd1 p72 would work best. it has iab control and recognizes the knock sensor.

Hi Guys, received a P06 Chipped ECU from Phearable.net. Would this work? John Vega from Phearable.net advised to unplug the vacuum line from the intake manifold to the IAB system and capping it off to keep butterflies open. Just double checking.
