looks like I might have to replace my head. I've got a 97 ls...B18b motor....is the B18A head compatible?

I know I have to get new head bolts, head gasket, cam oil seals, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets....is there anything else I should replace while I've got it all apart? And do I have to take out the valves to take off the head? Thanks

 

If you already have to do all that you might as well look into doing a LS/V-tec

 

this might sound strange, but I'm actually keeping this thing stock....it's for my brother and he doesn't need to be going faster.....I've got my own vehicle for when I wanna go fast.....
