Would a supercharger be okay for my teg, its an ls and has about 122k on it? Some people said it would be good for autox

plz don't throw that hunk of junk on your car, if u want to go boost turbo is the way to go, nice links that Vinh posted up for u as well..

PLZ make sure to do comp check and leakdown before doing anything... and do lots of research!!!!!!

Stay in the stock class and spend your money on driving instruction. If you are bumped to a higher class because of the supercharger but can't drive for shit, chances are you will have your ass handed to you.

Yea i'm in lower classes now but i was thinkin of a super charger when the time comes and that i a supercharger would be better than a turbo for autox

depends on the turbo set up, also s/c tend not to work well with our motors... if u get a Turbo kit with a relatively small turbo, u will be much like a s/c without the POS s/c

the only thing is that the turbo is alot more expensive than a s/c but i see where your coming from that it would be better in the long run with a turbo so its something i should really look into

yep the supercharger kit for the LS is a joke, like 160whp....when its NOT heatsoaked.
