Back on topic, I had that happen to my 95 headlights and my cousin had it happen on his 00. To get rid of the moisture we let the car bake in the sun with the seal off. To make sure the condesation didn't happen again you should first make sure that your rubber seal doesn't have any holes or if your bulb is locked in good. We decided to get new ones from a junkyard and from friends who converted to JDM fronts. Good luck man!!!
