Default 95 Turbo Gsr stolen...

Sad day in the Import scene. My boy called me earlier to tell me our boys 95 Gsr was stolen & completly stripped. He had a turbo bored out 2.0 liters pushing like 400 plus hp. My boy said they stole everything, wheels, motor, interior including cluster, you name it gone.
That's "F????D" Up that people can't just mind their "F?????G" buisiness. If they can't afford something either get a part time job & save up or wait til you have the money. I'm sick of people hating on someone else because they might have something that we don't so instead of saving up & wait they rather go steal from someone else who worked so hard to fix their ride up.
The sad thing I don't think my boy had the wheels, turbo etc insured.
Speaking of insurance if anyone have a turbo teg is their insurance any higher now that you're turbo then when you were NA.
I'm not sure my boys actual miles on car guessing 120-140K motor prob. 30K if that. What are they worth about would you say 3-4K.
Sorry so long, just makes me mad that it happened..

Sorry for the loss man. Indeed its super frustrating that people out there just steal stuff instead of working hard and earning it.

Theft was probably the biggest factor in why I left the Honda/Acura scene. All the time and hard work spent building my integra up (mine was turbo too) would have devastated me if someone ever stole the car. I was stupid paranoid driving that car, with all the car jacking and whatever potential theft situations (parking at the mall or even best buy).

Unless you actually claim your aftermarket parts with your insurance company, guess what, they'll just give you market value of the used stock integras in your area.

Good luck gentlemen.

Sorry to hear, I hope everything works out for your friend.

This is a good reason not to put expensive, flashy parts all over your Integra - unless you are willing to insure them. Even with insurance, no check will ever repay you for your labor and hard earned results.

Its smart to invest in a beater, or daily driver prior to putting any money into your Integra. Even then, the chance is always there.

Agree, but sad you can't buy what you want for your ride w/ out some fool wanting it. Just too bad it happened. I belive it was some M S 13 gang who stole my boys Teg. They spray painted it after they stripped it. I heard about them on the news. It's supposed to be Latinos doing this.
Another sad thing forgot someone tried 2 times before & it wasn't garaged. I'm pretty sure his car was watched 2 .

Sorry to hear that. The same thing happened to me too. I woke up one monday morning and my teg was gone. By some miracle I got my car back a month later with the exceptions of a few things. My radio, battery, car jack with the wheel locks, jacket, and school books were missing. Some really wanted the car because thet bent my clutch lock to steal the car. It was a 97 RS. Hope everything works out.

His car was sooooooo clean this is really an unfortunate situation. I wish him the best of luck in getting atleast some value for it. I hate thieves get a life.

that's why you gotta love texas and alabama. you have every right to protect your property with force!(however you can use deadly force in tx, in alabama you can only go so far) i caught a guy trying to break into cars at my apt complex and i beat him upside the head with a baseball bat and took him to jail myself unconcious in my truck!

that sucks, i feel for anyone who spent money making their car special to them only to have a chump with no work ethic steal it!
