Default What headbolt is better?

I was just wordering, would I be able to use my B16 headbolts in my poorman's type r setup. Or will I need to get the B18c1 headbolts?

P.S

The motor will never see any kinds of forced induction or nitrous. So is there any need for arp headstuds? I know the oem headbolts are strong enough, I just need this question answered.

you need b18c bolts/studs. headstuds are not a necessary item, but they're nice to have.

I thought the majority of B series engine bolts, are interchangeable.
