Default Brake Lamp

Well I took a trip to Arizona this weekend. When I came back to California, the next morning, I realized that my break lamp stayed on after I took the e-brake off. I would drive and it stays on, then it would go off, and come back on. After a while, it just turns off. Anybody know what might have caused this?

I had this problem on my old teg but was too lazy fix it. Take out the center console and see if it's getting stuck. If you have too much slack, tighten up the cable. Usually this happens as the days get colder, locate the brake fluid reservior and take out the cap/sensor, this might "reset" it.

Hope this helps.
