The fan relay should be located in the engine compartment fuse box. I'm not positive as my experience with the older generation Integra is limited.

As for the oil and coolant crossing paths, I was just throwing that out there incase it was overlooked.

Thanks, I'll go through that fuse box again and track it down.

Sounds like you might just have air in the system. If it up in the head passages, it can be a bitch to get out. If your cooling system is working correctly, you shouldn't really be seeing much movement looking into the radiator anyways. Does your reservior stay full?
